This is a pleasant hotel, the staff are polite and friendly and spoke good English which is not common in this part of France. Although on the road and tram line it's not too noisy, I slept without disturbance. Breakfast was nice, a good selection for a continental style.

A very welcoming and helpful staff at this hotel. Easy to come to in a nice and quiet location. Be aware that not all rooms have aircondition, but the staff at the hotel are really helpfull for finding a correct room :)

Perfectly French

I only wanted a cheap place to put my head down for a night. The room was beyond what I expected; clean bed, good wifi, hot shower, quiet street in a room with french doors and wooden shutters looking out onto a street lined with trees - very French. The evening receptionist was beautiful the morning one very helpful. I arrived late, but found a little restaurant called l'Original nearby with excellent food.

Tiny, tiny room. Too much street noise, no sleep.

The room was very tiny. The shower even tinier. I keep turning the water off by trying to be under the shower head. A dog was barking all night just outside my window. Was not able to sleep. Left very early the next morning. But the staff is very nice, very helpful.

Avoid this hotel. I am requesting refund from Hotel.com for the following reasons: the picture on the hotel’s website is misleading, the room is so tiny we can barely walk around. The shower is so tiny roughly 1 foot and a half each side. The toilet is so cramp we had to slide ourself to sit. The sink is so small to wash our hands, we had to brush our teeth in the shower. This hotel is 1 star at best. It cannot be 3 stars as claimed and Hotel.com charged me high price for such a mediocre hotel. Please refund.

Hôtel 3* à éviter sur Montpellier

C'est incompréhensible que cet hôtel ait obtenu 3*. Nous avons réservé des chambres "supérieures", dès que vous passez le pas de la porte de chambre, vous comprenez que le séjour va être compliqué, odeur de clope dans la chambre, une SDB limite insalubre avec de la rouille, des joints noirs et une douche qui fonctionnent à moitiè. Le petit dej est à fuir aussi. Seul point positif, l'amabilité du réceptionniste. Nous ne remettrons jamais les pieds dans cet éblissement.

El cuarto y las sabanas muy bien, pero el baño tiene una puerta que no cierra y queda media abierta, la ducha no tiene una cortina o algo y todo se moja. El hotel aunque el cuarto, las sabanas y toallas estaban limpias el hotel esta muy descuidado, le falta pintura y muchos arreglos. Las personas del hotel muy amables
