This place is awesome! The rooms are clean, comfortable and large for Europe. It's also very modern and the staff are friendly. Lastly, they have a nice restaurant on the bottom and bar. I would highly recommend it!! 😉

Great place, comfortable bed. Restaurant hours were inconvenient and breakfast availability was unclear. Not as conveniently located for exploring on foot as the listing les me to expect. Easy to get to from the train station. Friendly staff and English speaking check-in.

This was generally a good hotel but there was a significant building project just across the road from the hotel where work was starting very early and this did result in an early alarm call! The facilities were generally good but, with hindsight (and a lack of theme checking) were not really to my interests or liking although this should not be taken as a criticism particularly. The breakfast was generally good although if you took this in the last hour of it being available (7am - 10am) there were a few shortcomings in terms of availability and condition/warmth of the hot food. The room appeared to be clean,along with the bedding but there was a significant leaking of water under the shower doors leading to pooling in the bathroom which had to be mopped up.

We had a standard double room on 7th floor. The room with bathroom was fine, TV had several English language ness channels, we requested a couple of chairs which csme on day 2 (after a reminder). Staff were all very courteous and professional. Band entertainment on 1st night were excellent. Room was not serviced (bins not emptied nor towels not replaced despite hangdoor request being left). New towels and toilet rolls were handed out at reception on request. Location very convenient for rail station and tram stops. No shops very close by. Construction site building apartment block across the road at time of our stay May 2026, not sure how high it will be when completed. All said tho, we would happily stay again as all pros easily outweigh minor cons
