Of the four interaction with the staff the 4 of them were poor. At my arrival at 1:00 in a rude way the person in the front desk said:"You will have your room until 3:00 pm or later." The second one was arounf 9:30 pm in this person was in a bad mood, if not rude not in a good mood. The 3rd one was in the following day in the morning I ask for complepemntary tooth paste because I saw a sign in my room that if I forgot something the hotel could provide it. So I when down to t he front desk and I requested a tooth paste. She said it it two dollar if you want it. there is not such thing for free here. The 4th one was during breakfast I was preparing a tea for my wife and I did open a tea bag, when I when to the table to give to my wife another lady said: "This is your trash" with a very killing sight eye. At 6:50 am I gave my key and I said thanks. NO response back at all. I think they need a class of maners. I do not want them to get in trouble but they need to know that they need to be more polite with the costuemers. Thanks.

Even though this is an older property, it is well maintained and very clean. The staff were always helpful. Breakfast was good. There was ice water available all of the time. The issues I had was this property was not handicap friendly. If you cannot use stairs you need to request a first floor room. The bath tub in the handicap room was very high. I had a difficult time getting in and out of the tub to shower. Rooms are not checked on if you are there for a multi day stay. The garbage cans are not emptied nor are beds made. If you need clean towels you have to ask the front desk. One nice touch is they have designated parking for veterans besides handicap parking spaces. I would stay here again.
