This is a nice motel. Very clean, older but nice. Our room was small and contained 2 queen beds, microwave, refrigerator, TV, coffee pot. The bathroom could use hooks or shelves to store clothing during showering. It too was small but recently updated. Beds were comfortable. The town of Montour Falls was quaint and we enjoyed walking to the falls and through the town. All in all it was a great 3 days and nights trip. I would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was super basic and minimal. Location was very good, close to what we wanted without being in a crowded place. Room isn’t much more than a bed and bathroom (with tv and fridge). I like having a desk. But it was a large and comfortable bed. We would come back again.

Parking is right out your room providing the other guest are aware of the parking line. Breakfast was very limited to cupcakes, fruit and coffee.

Main light switch was not working. Then the next day the bathroom light/fan stopped working as well. The staff said that the bathroom was due to the rain. (No storm, just rain.) The bed linen were yellowish. Everything was old. Definitely the worst of the three motels we stayed at in this area.

On the plus side, the room seemed to be clean. However, it was about a $75 room that cost $200. Very small, and the tiny bathroom was barely adequate, not even a place to put a shave kit. The AC cycled on & off every 30 seconds. The staff could barely speak english. The "Continental breakfast" was to start at 630, at 645 nothing available. Then it was a muffin & coffee! Will not be back, especially at that price!

The motel lookes very old.Main village street with 2 places open to grab dinner... Parking near the room.Coffee,packed pastry , juice and nothing more. The price was not propotional to what we got.
