Welcome to this newly renovated house in Montlouis-sur-Loire, accommodating up to 8 guests. Upon arrival, you'll step into a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a television. The fully equipped kitchen adjoins a dining area furnished with a table and chairs. Downstairs, there's a bedroom with a queen-size bed, along with a bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and two with two single beds each. Additionally, there's another bathroom and separate toilet for added convenience. Outside, the charming garden provides a peaceful retreat, perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco. You will find nearby bike paths for rides along the Loire, as well as various châteaux (Amboise and Chenonceau) which are very close!"

You have access to the entire house.
All household linens are provided on site (sheets, covers, towels, etc.), as well as shampoo and shower gel.

Check-in is from 4 PM onwards.
Key handover is fully autonomous using the on-site lockbox.

Montlouis-sur-Loire is a charming commune that includes local shops, cafés, and restaurants. The area is also well served by public transport, providing easy access to nearby cities, especially Tours. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the many opportunities for hiking, cycling along the Loire, and various water activities available on the river. You will find nearby bike paths for rides along the Loire, as well as various châteaux (Amboise and Chenonceau) which are very close!"

Montlouis train station is 5 minutes away.
