Come and discover this detached farmhouse with private courtyard and parking, recently renovated, located at the gates of Chambord (7km), on the road to the castles, the Loire Valley and close to the Loire à vélo route. You have local shops (bakery, delicatessen, grocery store/tobacconist/newsagent, pharmacy and restaurants).

- 1 fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, hood, refrigerator with a freezer part, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and Senseo coffee maker and coffee bowl). Table for 8 people,

- 1 Living room with a 2-seater sofa, 1 3-seater sofa, 2 poufs, a flat screen TV, 1 dartboard.

. 1 bathroom of 10 m2 with 160 cm Italian shower, a sink, a storage unit, a towel dryer, bath mat.

The enclosed and personal courtyard allows you to park 2 or 3 cars.
You have a covered but not enclosed place to put your bikes or park your motorcycles and a covered terrace for lunch, as well as a wooden terrace to enjoy the sunset.

Smoking is not allowed in the house.
