The house features four charming bedrooms—one on the garden level and three on the first floor—as well as a living room with a comfortable sleeper sofa on the first floor
Guests will also have access to the recreation shed, which houses table tennis, badminton, and basketball equipment, ...and can enjoy meals outdoors in the garden near the river, as well as use the space to play pétanque, take a boat ride, go for a jog in the park, or relax in the fresh air on the lounge chairs.
The cottage is ideally located between Beauce and Perche, close to recreational activities (swimming, golf, escape rooms, electric boats, hiking, biking, and horseback riding) and historic sites (Château de Frazé, Nogent-le-Rotrou, Villebon), natural attractions (photographing flora & fauna, hiking loops), and artisanal experiences (drinks or baskets from local producers, organic gardens, and flea markets).
Nearby, you’ll enjoy strolling through the famous Brou market every Wednesday and, during the season, taking in the various evening musical or literary events, such as those in Illiers-Combray or Thiron-Gardais.
