A cozy, authentic, and unpretentious little cottage in the heart of the Périgord Noir, we offer a charming little house located a 5-minute walk from the Lascaux caves and a 10-minute walk from the center of Montignac. A park with a children's playground is nearby. A small garden area is at your disposal for enjoying a meal outdoors while savoring local produce, sharing good times with friends or family, relaxing, etc. The cozy accommodation features a welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), and a bathroom. A sofa bed is available in the living room for two additional guests. The entire accommodations are at your disposal, and a garden area is reserved for your use.

L'hôte est trés agréable. La maison est bien équipée, agréable et très propre. Le llinge de maison impeccable. Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour en Dordogne.

Ein wunderschönes Häuschen, sehr gepflegt und sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super und dennoch ruhig. Das Bett war bequem und es hat viel Platz fürs Gepäck. Auch ist das Häuschen gut isoliert, es blieb schön kühl auch an heissen Tagen. Der Kontakt mit der Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und einfach, ich kann einen Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Einzig im Wohnzimmer riecht es etwas feucht, aber nach gründlichem Lüften verfliegt das. Vielen Dank, ich komme gerne wieder!
