The Beaver Creek Getaway is cozy 70's nostalgic mobile home is only 1 mile from the Beaver Creek Marina and just 6 miles from town in Monticello, Ky. Filled with lots of great amenities and a beautiful large covered country porch (nearly 600 square feet) outback to enjoy the peace and quiet in the country. This cozy place will take you back in time while having modern amenities to enjoy.

There is plenty of parking for several vehicles and boats.

This is a great little property, perfect for small groups. There is a large deck on the back for relaxing and an awesome firepit. The best part about this place is it's proximity to Beaver Creek Marina.

Great location

My family and i came to monticello to go boating for the weekend. This was in the perfect location and only a couple min drive from safe harbor marina. Huge walkout back deck with beautiful scenery we loved just sitting out on. Would definitely come back.
