Magnificent villa built in 2012 nestled in the heart of a century-old olive grove and located less than 10 minutes drive from Ile-Rousse and its beach. Large 10m x 5m salt pool with views of Lake Reginu. A green setting of 2.5 hectares. An oasis of serenity close to the city center and infrastructures: equestrian center, tennis club, public swimming pool with swimming lessons, numerous hiking trails.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, which features a fireplace and a private pool. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a safe and a desk, and housekeeping is provided on a limited basis.
