I chose this motel based on the location to the trail head and reasonably priced. The onsite brewery and restaurant were excellent. The beer was much better than I remembered from 4 years ago.

Beautiful property in Claryville, quiet and remote, with easy access to great hiking. The brewery on site is a great bonus, since there is not much else around commercially. Highly recommend for anyone in search of an oasis.

Stayed two nights with my small dog, and we had a great time unwinding in the Catskills. Staff was excellent and tended to our needs. Wonderful to have a brewery, restaurant and Saturday night music on the property. Not a fancy place, but we were comfortable and got some much-needed rest. They even packed up dinner and a couple of beers so I could eat in the room with my dog.

There was no one at the facility! I happened to run into an employee dropping by and he pointed me toward a room that had been prepared: there was no formal check-in or check-out at all! ROom was clean and well prepared. No food within a half hour drive (the restaurant advertised was closed).
