Very welcoming at front desk. We stayed 2 nights, no one came in to make the beds or give us fresh towels or take the ones used. Bed mattresses are totally shot, could feel the springs and they the sides, where people sit, worn way down. Room seemed clean but had a slight smokey smell to it. Only seen one staff person when we checked in and out during our stay. She was very nice and kind, asked for new towels & she was very helpful. Would we stay there again, not until they get new mattresses on the beds & some new carpet as well.

Our room was NOT even CLEANED! Cleaning lady was gone, front desk lady went to clean it, there's some random guy in the lobby pacing around charging his phone, parking lot is scary, looks NOTHING like the picture. We left and got room some where else, property wouldn't answer the phone when I tried to call for refund. DO NOT STAY THERE UNLESSY OU LIKE USED SHEETS AND TOWELS AND DIRTY FLOORS!

It is an older property, new flooring in lobby. Rooms were dated but clean and bedding all clean! New refrigerator and flat screen TV. Bathroom fixtures are dated but the caulking has recently been redone. Bed was very comfortable and nice fluffy pillows. Only a thin comforter and top sheet for covers but I had another blanket with me. Nice property for an economic price and snowstorm accommodations!!
