THE SPACE
This recently restored studio studio blends farmhouse-cottage character with modern living. Soft interior finishes, hard flooring, and shaker-style cabinetry create a bright, welcoming retreat. The heart of the home is a fully updated kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, white speckled granite countertops, and everything you need to cook real meals—not just reheat takeout.
One standout: in-unit washer and dryer. Many studios skip this entirely, but longer stays and frequent travelers know how much this matters. Whether you're staying a week for work or ten days exploring the area, laundry happens at your pace, not your schedule's.
The bedroom sleeps two comfortably on a cooling gel memory foam mattress—the kind that actually feels good after a long day. Natural light fills the room. The living area anchors around a Samsung UHD Smart TV for entertainment on your downtime, with streaming apps and Wifi included.
Studio Highlights:
• Fully updated kitchen with granite countertops & stainless steel appliances
• In-unit washer and dryer (rare for studios)
• Cooling gel memory foam mattress for deeper sleep
• Samsung UHD Smart TV for entertainment

• Single-level layout with private entrance
• Dedicated workspace if you need to log in for a work call

A few things to know before you book:
PRIMARY GUEST
The guest who books must be at least 21 years old and must stay at the apartment for the entire reservation. The primary guest is responsible for everyone in their group and any visitors.
RENTAL AGREEMENT
Every guest is required to sign a short rental agreement after booking. This is not optional: our property insurance requires a signed agreement for each stay, and our attorneys have advised the same. It covers house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, and responsibility for damage. It takes about two minutes, and there is no app to download and no account or password to create. We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete.
THE APARTMENT
This studio apartment is one of the units in The Cottages, a small community at the corner of Herron Street and Whitman Street. Other guests may be staying in the neighboring units, but your apartment is private. 119 Whitman is the left door of the left duplex facing Whitman Street.

DURING YOUR STAY
Our cleaning, maintenance, and guest-support team works hard to make your stay great. Airbnb expects guests to be considerate and respectful of hosts and everyone they meet during a stay, and we ask the same toward our team, vendors, and neighbors. Concerns are always welcome. Verbal abuse, threats, or harassment of anyone on our team will be reported to Airbnb.
Please tell us about any damage as soon as it happens so we can sort it out fairly. Please keep total people in the apartment, including daytime visitors, within the guest limit. Please leave the exterior cameras and the indoor noise monitor connected and uncovered.
Commercial photography or filming is only allowed with our written approval before your stay. Approval requires a commercial general liability policy of at least $1,000,000 naming Dreamline Suites as an additional insured. All house rules, guest limits, and parking rules still apply.

BEFORE CHECKOUT
Before you head out, please leave used dishes in the kitchen sink or dishwasher, gather used towels in the tub, put trash in the kitchen bin, take your food and belongings, and turn off the lights and A/C. Our cleaning team handles the rest.
