Teresa at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. We stayed 2 weeks ago also and she was just as welcoming then. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage, fried potatoes and waffles. Next time we head north, we will be staying here again.

The room was spotless, the staff was pleasant, breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals, muffins. Good for a quick early start. Beds were comfortable. I will stay here again. Absolutely no complaints.

Clean room, staff was nice and helpful. Bed was terrible, I had a backache for several days after stay. Also, the back entrance door worked after the first time. We always had to use the front door or prop the door open when we went out to car or for food.

Staff were extremely rude. We were greeted with a wait while the staff member stood and had a personal conversation with a friend, while ignoring us. Then, she argued about our reservation, which was prepaid. The staff member was trying to not only charge us again, but increase the price, as she claimed that Expedia charged us the wrong amount and we needed to make up the difference. During this conversation she also answered the phone and was very disrespectful to the customer who was calling- even hung up on her. The room was tiny, beds were awful. Overall, not the best experience.
