The front door has an electronic keypad lock, and your code is released in your digital guidebook once your rental agreement is signed, your check-in form is complete, and your balance is paid.

The bins are kept out by the road on Madison Avenue and shared with the other units
Just drop your bags in — nothing needs to be brought back

The washer and dryer are in the storage area underneath the apartment, bottom right door
