The building's elevator access and strategic downtown position make it ideal whether you're here for business, a weekend getaway, or an extended stay.
Guests have access to this entire apartment. Park temporarily and enter through the glass lobby door at the REAR of the building using the building code, then take the elevator to the second floor and use your unit code on the apartment door. Both codes are released in your digital guidebook once your rental agreement is signed, your check-in form is complete, and your balance is paid. A parking pass for the gated rear lot is on the wall just inside the apartment.

Upon arrival, you'll enter through a stylish lobby and use a smartlock code to access your apartment—seamless check-in with no keys needed. The space is thoughtfully laid out with separate zones for living, sleeping, and dining, giving you privacy and breathing room throughout your stay.

Your bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with its own window and views of the city. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with ample space to refresh after a day of exploring downtown. Modern finishes and attention to detail create a spa-like atmosphere where you can truly unwind.

Prepare meals in your full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and granite countertops. PARKING & ACCESS
Park for free in the lot next to the building—your parking pass is included with your stay. If you have multiple vehicles, street parking is free after 4:30 pm on weekdays and all day on weekends. Additional vehicles can pay $10 for lot access. You have full access to the entire apartment with your smartlock code sent before arrival.
You will receive a parking pass to park for free in the gated lot behind the building. If you have more than one vehicle, there is parking on the street — free 4:30 PM to 8 AM Monday to Friday, and free all weekend — or paid parking nearby.

Every guest is required to sign a short rental agreement after booking
This is not optional: our property insurance requires a signed agreement for each stay, and our attorneys have advised the same
It covers house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, and responsibility for damage
It takes about two minutes — there is no app to download and no account or password to create
We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete

Enter through the GLASS LOBBY DOOR AT THE REAR of the building using the building code
The front door facing Bibb Street is not coded — initial entry must be made from the rear
Take the elevator to the second floor and use your unit code on the apartment door

🚗 Parking
You'll receive a parking pass for the free gated lot behind the building — it's on the wall just inside the apartment
Park temporarily to collect it, then use it at the gate scanner
Additional vehicles park on the street or in paid parking
Street parking is free 4:30 PM–8 AM Monday to Friday, and free all weekend
