Decent breakfast buffet, excellent strong coffee. Long breakfast hours. Comfortable beds, beautiful lake view on 4th floor, snappy desk service, quick check in, and most importantly, NO SURPRISES. Free parking, great access to local restaurants and a bar across the street.

Hotel.com card will decline

When I got here at 3:20 my room wasn’t ready I had to wait a hour then when I got ready to check in hotel.com card keep declining that was another hour then I asked them what they going to do about the card declining he said he can give me $25 key rewards I don’t want that I will never book with them again the hotel told me they over charged me with the price and fees if I would have booked straight with them I could have saved about $100

I stopped here on my way home from a beach vacation. When I tell you everything about this place is a 10/10 I am not exaggerating! From the cost for what you get, the breakfast in the morning, the staff that keeps the breakfast area clean and constantly stocked up, the friendliness and welcoming atmosphere of all the employees, the cleanliness of the property, room, common area and whole facility! I saved this hotel to my favorite and I will be stopping here every time I go south or come home from the south. It is so nice. It should be its own vacation destination!

The property is close to lots of dining and shopping with easy access to the interstate. Great amenities. We were there during major storms and just having Barnes to play was nice. The included buffet breakfast was a very lovely spread with likings for all. The rooms did need a good dusting and the floors cleaned. I recommend and would stay again.
