Staff is very friendly. The parking lot is well lit, feels secure, and easy to find a spot. The rooms are okay. A little dated, restrooms a little small, and dust bunnies in the corners of the room— in places a floor vacuum can’t go or where the carpet and wall meet. Really enjoyed the bar area and drinks. Bartender was great. The wait time on food was a very longtime. Also seems as though the chef doesn’t show up to work on time as that is what was being told to us guests and why we had to wait so long to get our food. We probably had to wait over an hour and a half for the chef to show up and then probably another 45 minutes to get our food. We just ordered a burger and a turkey sandwich club with fries for both. Thankful we had a bartender that was attentive. For the reasons mentioned above why I gave it three stars.

The fact that I was charged for parking and then the parking lot was so full I had to park in the street. Most hotels have a little fridge and then breakfast was $21 a person ridiculous.

No one was at the desk both times I came through the door and needed help. All of the reception seemed irritated to help me at all. Literally rolled their eyes bc someone from the bar had to go get them in the back room. I asked about how to fix Hilton Honors and the first guy said, “I have no idea” and left it at that. Not helpful at all. Felt as if I was a nuisance to anyone I talked to. The only nice people were the ones at the bar. Everything is an up charge (breakfast, parking…). The bathtub had dirty water in it, I have photos. I was hoping to use the laundry machines but it was used the entire time despite waking up at 3am and checking. I have booked so many guests here. I am embarrassed to have sent them here and don’t think I will ever again. Def a shame. It’s beautiful on the inside but I did not feel comfortable whatsoever.

We paid for King room and got 2 full beds because football team playing stayed there and they didn’t honor what I paid for. Did NOT get a partial refund either for different room! Horrible experience and beds are NOT comfortable at alll!!!! Don’t waste your time or money!

I will never stay here again. I feel cheated amd overcharged. While the beds were clean, the room was not. The bathroom door and walls were badly water damaged. Every metal surface was badly rusted. Other surfaces were obviously not clean. I booked a double queen suite with complimentary breakfast. When I arrived at check in time, I was told that room was not available. I got a smaller room with 2 double beds and a coupon for breastfast, which I learned was not complimentary. Oddly enough, the breakfat receipt showed a double charge for the breakfast. And self parking was $14 a night. I know its 2025, but that is too high a cost to self park at this hotel when no special events were happening. I wont ever stay here again and do not advise others to stay here.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent stay at this hotel was far below expectations. From check-in to check-out, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. The room was not properly cleaned, with visible dust and stains, and the overall maintenance seemed neglected. Basic amenities were either missing or not functioning correctly, and attempts to contact the front desk for assistance were met with long delays and unhelpful responses. While I understand that occasional issues can arise, the lack of attention to guest comfort and service quality was unacceptable for a property of this standard. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements in cleanliness, customer service, and facility upkeep. Until then, I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

This double room incurs an additional $75 to check in early. My room was situated directly below the fitness center. The air conditioning was not functional. The remote control was not functional. Breakfast was not included. The total cost for breakfast was $21. I dont recommend.
