The kitchen was clean and nicely equipped and the bed and bath was clean and comforting. But the location was difficult to find and access to the back yard for the dog was unusual and challenging. And the carpets were very pet stained.

Very secure neighborhood. Very small outdoor space for pet or kids. Really only sleeps 4 comfortly. Bring you own ice. Maker is completely covered in mold.

The house was just as described with the addition of a garage so you can park securely though its not advertised, it was was available and greatly appreciated. The home was perfect for my wife and I. The home and neighborhood are lovely. We were very comfortable. Only negative issues were check-in and initial state of home. We didn’t get the full access info until our arrival three hours after house should have been available for check-in. Also, the cleaning staff hadn’t been there to get the property ready for our arrival. However, both of these problems were speedily dealt with by the manager. After that, all good!!

House was nice and in a quiet area. Gated community. We had to call frequently because security kept saying our name was not on the list. Property manager responded quickly each time.
