The villa lies on a big plot from 2000m2 with a very nice garden and several terraces where you can enjoy the view from the nice meadows with cows or sheeps and also a big garage for 2 cars.

The villa have a big livingroom from 70m2 with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a comfortable kitchen, if you come with 8 persons or more you get also the added apartement with 1 bedroom en a bathroom ensuite. a baby does not count for a person.
If you come with 7 persons or less and you want 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms you also can rent the added apartment for €80,00 a night.
There is also a covered terrace and a playground for the children.

We had a wonderful stay at the farm. The surroundings are beautiful! The farm is close to grocery stores and about 45 minutes from Schiphol. They had bikes we could ride as well, so we did a very nice bike ride to Montfoort and from there on the other side of the river to Oudewater. So beautiful! The house is nice and roomy and very comfortable beds. We enjoyed ourselves very much!

Just Like Home

We stayed here for eight days in October with two couples, both 60+. Everything about the villa was as advertised and more. Especially the living and dining rooms are large and comfortable, the grounds are beautifully maintained, the beds very comfortable, all the amenities excellent, and the hosts were always available and kind and helpful. Montfoort is centrally located and it was wonderful after a busy day of sightseeing to come “home” and not have to unpack but just relax. Highly recommended for families with younger and older children or couples of any age. We hope to return and enjoy more gezelligheid!

Great location, great house

Five of us flew from the US for a family wedding, and this was a great place for our stay. It is centrally located, near some excellent restaurants, and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Highly recommend it.

Great week in Montfoort residence

This is a very well appointed, comfortable and well centrally located property suitable for either as a seperate one bedroom self contained unit or combined with a larger 3 bedroom accomodation. Great host always ready to help out quickly with any issue that may arise. Close by are shop essentials/ supermarkets and fuel station and you’re about 40 minutes drive from Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Lots of little towns and thing's to explore nearby We fully enjoyed our stay and can fully recommend. Five stars from us.

Dream vacation house

The house is perfect for a family getaway. The house is so cosy, internal facilities are complete and the beautiful, clean surrounding is a major plus point. You can also use the bikes to ride to nearby town of Oudewater or Montfoort. The hosts, Ans & Luuk, are very friendly and responsive to any query.

Lovely family house with a beautiful farm view.

Loved our stay at this family-friendly house. Great location to explore Utrecht and Gouda and in the evening you can enjoy a relaxing view. They had toys, bikes and a trampoline for our kids to play on. Would recommend it!

Excellent Base for Southern Netherlands

This is a very spacious, clean villa in the countryside. Its location is excellent: just 5 minutes from the country town of Montfoort where you can find grocery stores, restaurants and cafes, whilst Gouda is only 25 minutes away, and within 45 minutes' drive you can reach Amsterdam, The Hague, Delft, Leiden, Scheveningen, even Haarlem. Only an hour or so to the Belgian border. So it's a perfect base for visiting many, many destinations. Ans and her husband are extremely welcoming and flexible, and brought us in for a cup of tea when we first arrived! Ans also checked in on us a couple of times to make sure everything was OK. Just be aware that the property consists of two different rentals, so you may not have the whole house.
