During the summer season, we rent out our house in the village of Montferrier-sur-Lez, nestled in the heart of the pine forest, 10 minutes from Montpellier, 15 minutes from Pic Saint Loup, 30 minutes from the beaches, and 45 minutes from the Camargue and the Cévennes. The tram is a 5-minute drive away. The hinterland is very close, offering numerous cycling and walking routes. The house comprises: - on the first floor: a 50m² open-plan living/library/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, fan oven and microwave, dishwasher, DeLonghi espresso machine with grinder, fridge-freezer, a WC, and two bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and separate WC, the other with a shower and washbasin. - upstairs: a small lounge leading to a 20m² bedroom with a balcony and dressing room, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC. The villa also features a swimming pool and a large terrace with a shaded pergola in the middle of the pine forest. Its cicadas (guaranteed mid-June to end of August) and no overlooking neighbors. Three parking spaces are available on the property with a 7 kW/h electric vehicle charging station.
