To the left of the entrance hall is a second bright and spacious living room, followed by a large, modern, well-equipped Perigordian kitchen. The kitchen has direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. A gate provides secure access to the swimming pool from the side of the house.

On this level, you will also find the laundry room and two separate toilets.

From the entrance hall, a staircase leads to the sleeping area. On this floor there are two double bedrooms, a shower room and a toilet.

Outside, there are two terraces, one shaded under a pergola and the other is open and equipped with garden furniture. The private swimming pool is set back and protected by a small laurel hedge. There is also a children's swing in the garden.

Located on the border of the Perigord noir with its cultural and historical sites and the bastides region with its pretty villages, as far as outings are concerned, you will have plenty to choose from.

Food lovers can discover the rich culinary heritage of the Dordogne by touring the vineyards in the closeby Bergerac area, by tasting local produce at the Molières market on Wednesday afternoons or the Beaumontois market on Tuesday mornings for example. Not to mention the many traditional restaurants available.
