The house is bright, with all rooms facing outward. It is laid out over three floors. On the first floor is the living room with a wood-burning stove for winter days, connected to the kitchen, which opens onto a small patio. There is a half-bath on the first floor. The stairs are comfortable and were built in accordance with building codes. On the first floor are two bedrooms with spacious closets and a full master bathroom; the third bedroom is located on the third floor. Two of the bedrooms have air conditioning. For families with small children, we provide a portable crib that can be set up in any of the bedrooms.
