Atendimento péssimo da recepção, quarto com mau cheiro e sujo. Hotel não mereceestrela alguma. A única coisa boa é a localização. Não recomendo.

- El trato en recepcion podria mejorar ya que me trataron mal cuando llegue a las 2 am. - Por hoteles.com envie una pregunta al hotel sobre el ckeck in y nadie contesto. - Ante esto, registraro mi entrada el dia siguiente. - El personal de limpieza muy amable. - Deberian remodelar. Los pisos de mi habitacion estaba maltratado, algunos accesorios de cocina ya estaban oxidados. - Deliciosa la comida en el restaurante. - El buffet grautito es bueno. Solo que cuando uno esta por 6 días pues busca que varie a veces.

Orpheo - Localização ótima, porém a limpeza....

Nos hospedamos no Orpheo em 4 casais. - A localização é excelente! Perto de vários pontos turísticos, ao lado de supermercado e diversas lojas. - A recepção é reformada, e há um espaço legal com mesas onde você pode fazer alguma refeição pedindo sua comida de algum lugar sem nenhum problema. Porém o hotel carece de muitas coisas: - A limpeza é péssima. Fugas no banheiro verdes, cabelos na pia, corredores sujos, louças sujas no café... - Falta manutenção das instalações. Por exemplo: uma pessoa do nosso grupo ficou trancada no elevador por 10 minutos e o ar condicionado de duas, das 4 suítes em que nosso grupo estava, ficou inoperante por algumas horas durante a noite. - Funcionários despreparados: É nítida a diferença de educação e pró-atividade entre os funcionários... Alguns são educados e estão sempre dispostos a ajudar, porém outros sequer olham para você enquanto estão falando, chegam a cobrar o uso do microondas e parecem estar fazendo um favor hospedando você no hotel.

Fue una mala experiencia. Desde la habitacion sin frigobar, pequeñisimas en espacio, no cuidan a los huespedes, el acceso al restaurante es libre al publico osea puede entrar cualquier transeunte y recorrerlo de punta a punta . NO LO RECOMIENDO

Pedí un reembolso por una noche que cancele por error , que después terminé yendo ( tuve que pagar de nuevo!!!) y no me lo dieron. Las habitaciones con olor a cloaca . Las duchas sucias entre los azulejos. Ruidos en la habitación , no eran aisladas.

Pésimo, llegue al hotel a las 13.00 por lo que deje las cosas y me fui a almorzar. Cuando llegó me voy a duchar y al salir me doy cuenta que la ducha tenia una fuga y se mojó todo el baño. Luego prendo el aire para dormir una siesta y me despierto muerto de calor porque este no enfriaba. Abro la ventana y no fue solución ya que el ruido de la calle era mucho. Por último, decido ver tele y el decodificador no encendía. Finalmente agarre todas mis cosas e hice una reserva en otro hotel. En resumen estuve como 5 horas y fue la peor decisión. Aún espero que me contacten para pedir disculpas y minimo espero un reembolso.

The hotel has a great location and the staff is really friendly. The rooms and especially the bathrooms are already showing heavy wear and tear with mildew and water marks everywhere. The breakfast is way too basic and insufficient. I do however understand that you get what you pay for but I have stayed at better hotels in Montevideo on the same price range

En términos generales muy bien, excelente atención, limpieza, comodidad, sólo podría mejorar el desayuno incluyendo un poco más de variedad e incluyendo alguna identificación en los alimentos (no todas las personas conocemos de vista lo que es y me imagino que puede pasar con otros turistas también, otra cosa sería sí la hora se extendiera un poco más (así no habría que despertar tan temprano 😋 pero como comentaba, en términos generales excelente todo desde la atención, estructura del hotel y el precio. Ya me había hospedado un par de veces antes principalmente cuando tienen descuentos.
