All are terrible at speaking English. It took forever to check out. Two women at reception when I checked out, but they both had to be involved in checking out the person in front of me. And very, very slowly. They also forced me to pay extra to check out, even though I did not get anything from the minibar, destroy anything, or order any service during my hotel stay. In a muffin from the breakfast , I found a long black hair baked in. Diaqusting.

O hotel é bem diferente das fotos que tem no site, tudo bem antigo e muitas coisas não vêm uma manutenção desde 1900... O custo benefício é ok. Como utilizamos o quarto praticamente só para dormir, não posso reclamar muito, até porque, fomos bem atendidos. Mas na qualidade, pecam bastante.
