Room 501 had a missing towel hook, noisy floorboards, a smell like sewage coming from the bathroom for about 15hours, and was situated directly beside the metal stairs which lead to the breakfast room (directly above the hotel room). We did request a room on the same floor as our son so it may have been the last one left but was the worst room on the floor. We ended up leaving a day early and they credited one room but not the other.

The staff was excellent. Location was very centralized but the neighborhood while safe is very poorly kept no fault of the hotel. The curtains need to be replaced; the hotel needs better upkeep.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable however the lock on the door was broken and you had to slam the door to even shut it properly. Also the fuse box buzzed so loud you could hear it all night unless the door to the room was shut.

Good staff, rooms were spacious and it was walkable to the historic zone. There were an issue with the lights in the 5th floor - they were on a motion sensor and wouldn’t stay on when we were in the hall and the light above the stairs never seemed to turn on. Pooled and gym looked nice but we didn’t get a chance to use it. Good variety for breakfast

This hotel should not be a Wyndham first of all..elevators very small and only one worked.. the mattress in the room needed to be thrown out due to being worn out. Outside noise was bad. The breakfast was not good at all.. Will never stay here again!!

The location is great. The property is outdated. The elevators are kind of small and during breakfast time they are just simply not enough. The bathroom was very old and I think it can be in better shape. Friendly staff.

The hotel was good and the breakfasts were excellent. The staff was very helpful, kind, and overall, amazing as they went out of their way to help us see and do the things we wanted to do. The only problems with the property were that the building is old and the bathroom smelled like sewage and our room was near the stairwell and we would hear everyone going up to breakfast just before 7:00 am.
