This 50 m² property consists of a spacious living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and separate toilets. The house strictly accommodates 4 people. No other persons not included in the booking are allowed, whether for meals or overnight stays. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Towels and washcloths are provided (these are not beach towels). This holiday rental features a private outdoor area with a hot tub (not to be used during storms), a garden, and a covered terrace equipped with a table, 4 folding chairs, and a plancha grill.

A parking space is available in a garage. Pets, smoking (inside and outside), and events are not permitted. The property has a convenient self check-in system. Parents are required to supervise their children, especially when using the hot tub.
