House dedicated to families for holidays. We do not accept youth groups for events or other purposes.

The house is a part of a big country house but you will be the only tenants as there are no other apartment we rent.
There is a big garden all around the property with a fantastic view over the valley and the country. The living room/dining room has two big windows that open onto the garden and the valley.
It is located on the valley of Pesa river that is South of Florence (20 minutes by car), near the main street that go to the main Tuscan cities, including Florence, Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano. As you are in the country you can relax in the silence after visiting the main cities or the small village in the countryside of Chianti region
Make yourself comfortable in this cottage, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.
Enjoy recreation amenities such as cooking classes or take in the view from a garden.
