This new stone cottage has a unique panoramic position with a view of Montescudaio and the surrounding hills. With this splendid situation, efforts have been made to maintain the typical Tuscan manner of the building. The cottage is reached first by a tarmac ked road and then, as is very often the case, by an unsurfaced short road. The approximately 75 qm apartment is on the ground floor and has a large living room with an open fireplace. The cooking area is separated from it by an arch. Beautiful ceiling with beams and terra-cotta floor.
There are two spacious bedrooms, one with a comfort double bed and the other one has two single beds. In the bathroom with shower and toilet you can find also a washing machine. SAT - TV and heating. In front of the house there is a terrace with garden furniture and a large well looked garden in which to sunbathe and spend peaceful moments. Ideal for relaxing while enjoying the panoramic views, due its unique position.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, which features a fireplace. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.

Wunderbare Lage des Hauses mit schönem Garten

Die Einrichtung ist in Ordnung, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Einzige Beanstandung ist das Heisswasser. Bevor das Wasser warm wird gehen zu viele Liter Kaltwasser verloren und das ist Verschwendung. Die Douche sollte auch erneuert werden, Die Temp einzustellen ist fast unmöglich Ansonsten gutes Haus an schöner Lage

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Wir haben die zwei Wochen in Montescudaio genossen. Das Ferienhaus in guter Lage ist sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Pragmatische Abwicklung und sehr gute Kommunikation mit Daniela. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Hervorragende Unterkunft

Die Kommunikation und Abwicklung mit der Agentur war sehr gut und problemlos. Das Haus ist traumhaft in einer tollen Panoramalage und ist super ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Dort würden wir jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen!

Entspannung pur

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in Montescudaio verbracht. Das Haus kann ich für Familien sehr empfehlen. Es ist sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Daniela war sehr sehr hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns sogar bei Reifenproblemen sehr geholfen. Vielen Dank nochmal.

Wunderschönes Traumhaus im toskanischen Stil

Wir waren das zweite Mal dort in Urlaub und ich muss sagen, dass es uns sehr gut gefallen hat! Nicht nur die einmalige Aussicht, aber auch diese Ruhe, rundherum alles so idyllisch, da kann man sich richtig erholen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, frische Kräuter findet man im Garten. Auch das was in der Umgebung geboten wird ist perfekt. Die schönen Strände in Marina di Cecina, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten rundherum, sei es zum bummeln oder wenn man ein einzigartiges Kleidungsstück sucht, da wird man fündig oder auch wenn man gutes Essen möchte. Entweder man holt sich frischen Fisch, Gemüse vom Markt oder man geht zum Essen und da wird man nie enttäuscht. Spitzenmässige Restaurants oder man kocht selbst in der modernen Küche oder man grillt im Garten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. War ein schöner Urlaub mit unserer zweijährigen Tochter! Danke für alles! Es war ein gelungener Urlaub und die zwei Wochen sind leider sehr schnell vergangen!

Wunderschöner Urlaub mit super Aussicht auf Montescudaio

Wir haben eine Woche ( zwei Erwachsene und ein 1 1/2jähriges Kind) in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Besonders hat uns die Aussicht gefallen und dass das Haus perfekt ausgestattet ist! In der Küche fehlt nichts, es gibt sogar einen super Milchschäumer! Sehr gepflegter Garten mit ausreichenden Sonnenliegen und alles aber wirklich alles so sauber! Kompliment, dass alles so gepflegt ist! Wir kommen gerne wieder, auch wegen der Umgebung, der Zoo in Guardiatallo ist sehr zu empfehlen, der Strand nah und mit schöner Promenade, der Markt am Dienstag in Cecina absolut ein Muss! Es war mein erster Urlaub in einem Haus und weil es so schön war, war eine Woche zu kurz! Aber wie gesagt, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 👍😊

magnifique endroit

Un lieu magique avec une vue splendide. Des propriétaires accueillants et serviables. Un bémol nous avons eu durant deux jours une panne d'eau chaude. Douches glacées….Les propriétaires ont certes fait appel tout de suite à un technicien mais nous sommes restés bloqués deux jours. Un geste commercial aurait été le bienvenu. Par ailleurs la literie est vieillotte.

Très jolie maison

Maison très agréable avec une magnifique vue. A 15 min de Cecina, pour les commerces et la plage. Montescudaio est idéalement placé pour visiter la Toscane. Seul point faible, les aboiements des chiens gardés à proximité qui font parfois concurrence aux grillons.
