Restaurant - Our cooking increases in value the traditional recipes enriching them with natural and organic ingredients
Trekking - opportunity to visit the Hyblean caves walking through natural paths in full respect of nature. We do not accept bookings less than 7 days in advance.
Cycling tour - Mountain bike excursions along the caves and the historical trails of the province. In addition to technical assistance, the participation fee includes: bike rental, helmet, any transfer by bus. We do not accept bookings less than 7 days in advance.
Excursions on horseback - Horse riding along the caves or the rocky paths of the Park of Calaforno. We do not accept bookings less than 7 days in advance.
Pizzeria-Restaurant
The ancient village of Calaforno dated 1725 revolves around a shady courtyard that allows its guests to have dinner outdoor on summer evenings. With flair and imagination the menu proposes new dishes and old recipes of the local tradition. "Cavati alle Due Palme" are the most requested among our specialties. We are also famous for our pizza and "scaccione", both prepared with natural ingredients and exclusively baked in stone oven.
