Lella's house with A/C is located on the second floor of a pleasant and quiet apartment building. There is a spacious bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two additional guests and a table and seating for four. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a fridge-freezer, a kettle, a toaster, and a table for two people. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. 
The apartment is located on the second floor, WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR, and there are about 20 steps to climb from the main street to reach the entrance door. Please note that there are very few buildings with elevators in the entire village of Monterosso.
The apartment is close to everything: shops, restaurants, and bars are all within walking distance. The beach is 200 meters away and the train station is 800 meters away.
The cleaning fee includes 40 euros for bed linen and towels.
