The interior is open with a stay furnished with sofa bed, which leads to a hallway that leads to the spacious kitchen with dining room, electric oven and dishwasher. From here you can go to the corridor that leads to the 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower.

Appartamento 1 is located in Casina Farnarari, country cottage just outside the centre of Monteroni di Lecce,
a village in the hinterland of lecce. The centre of Monteroni is
located about 1 kilometer away, and there are all the main services. The
city of Lecce with its beautiful baroque churches is found just 8
kilometres away, while the famous beaches of Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo between 20 and 30 kilometers away. At the same distance there are also the beaches of the Adriatic on the coastline of Lecce, such as San Cataldo and Torre Chianca. Quite nearby is also the beautiful beaches Gallipoli.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).

- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioner in the hallway and in the living room.
