Set in a beautiful restored farmhouse from the early

2000s, the property has been care fully maintained and renovated over

the years to ensure warm, confortable, and perfectly kept spaces. The

agriturismo features 5 independent apartments, each equipped with all modern conforts, offering privacy and relaxation for every guest. An adjacent annex houses a fully equipped professional kitchen, including a high-speed dishwasher that completes a cycle in just 3 minutes. The kitchen is connected to a dining room newly renovated in January 2025, ideal for cooking and enjoying meals together in a convivial atmosphere. Outside, a spacious gazebo in the garden over looking the pool provides another perfect setting for relaxing and sharing special moments in the open air. A barbecue and a traditional wood-fired oven are at your disposal, with  plenty of firewood ready to warm your evenings with the scent of burning wood and shared moments. 

Completing the picture is a beautiful 7x14 meter swimming pool with an integrated children's area, surrounded by greenery, gardens, and olive trees in the open countryside, within a 150-hectare orgnic farm.

Outdoor games for children

The apartments, renovated with respect for the original rustic style, esch have a private entrance and a small garden or equipped outdoor space. Carefully furnished, the individual apartments feature a living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette (including dishes and a microwave), a clothes drying rack, a sofa bed, one or more bedrooms with the possibility of an extra bed, a bathroom with shower, satellite Tv, mosquito screens, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. The change of lines is weekly. 

There is a small communal laundry room (free of charge) and a semi-covered parking lot in the facility.

in the municipality of Sovicille, in the hamlet of San Rocco a Pilli, two kilometers from
State Road 223 Siena-Grosseto, is in a really strategic place to visit famous places and lesser-known towns of this incredible region. There are many excursions that can be done in a day or even in half a day. These are just a few suggestions. San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Rapolano Terme, San Galgano.

Please note that tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night and is due for a maximum of six nights, must be paid in cash on site. The tax is not due for children under the age of 12 The final cleaning fee is €520.00 per reservation for the entire property and €50.00 per pet per reservation, payable in cash on site.

The deposit of €800.00 can be paid by stripe, using a link that we will provide to you upon 'arrival; The amount will be returned within two days of your departure, following a brief final inspection of the accommodation.
