Lovely and typical barn with air conditioning, which is now converted into a unhaphaengige accommodation on two Stoecke, (ground + 1 floor) in a part of the Chianti region, which is ideal to discover the most important historical sites. Siena 20 Km, 12 Km Chianti, Monteriggioni 4 km, Colle di Val d'Elsa 5 km, San Gimignano 15 km, Florence 40 km. Quiet location. The apartment is located on a gentle hill euf and is surrounded by a large fenced outdoor area overlooking uebers country. Country. In Community and easy remote is the swimming pool with overflow pool (6 x 12). Shared laundry room (washing machine). Shaded parking inside the Eigentuemes. Access via a small piece of unpaved road in good condition. It is possible to walk over the famous 'Francigena ROAD' .Komfortable device. Cot and high chair available. Central heating.
