Located amidst olive groves and vineyards, just 7.5 km away from the enchanting thirteenth-century village of Monteriggioni, Villa Tenuta Uzielli, initially built in 1843, has recently undergone renovation.
Tenuta Uzielli is the perfect place to relax and explore the Chianti region for a family and friends vacation. Monteriggioni, Siena, San Gimignano, Montalcino, and Florence are all easily accessible destinations by car.

The Villa consists of two floors in addition to the ground floor, with no elevator. It offers seven air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and an additional bathroom in the common area. Other shared spaces include the living room, dining area, and kitchen, equipped with all the necessary amenities for meal preparation. Additionally, the first floor is equipped with satellite TV.

Hidden Gem

The pictures do not do this place justice. The pool and pool house are incredible for lunch gatherings the design of the pool is the best we’ve ever had. Each room has AC unit and all appliances are top of the line. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are old worldly but top class. Emanuele met us at the property and showed us around. And was available for questions by phone. We can not speak highly enough of this home!!

Impeccable Sensano Stay

Sensano was wonderful. Emanuele and Jacopo’s family home for centuries, it has only recently been made available for rent. They are both gentlemen and they are rightly proud of their beautiful house and genuinely interested in their guests wellbeing. It is 10 mins from Monteriggioni and 30 mins from San Gimignano … the house is located on a hilltop with vineyards all around … we were two families of 4 and there was more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. A third family could have been easily accommodated. The house feels wonderfully traditional Tuscan, but it has also been thoroughly modernised - every bedroom en-suite, AC in each room, motion sensor lights in all corridors. Having just recently been made available for rental, everything is brand new, matching and very generous. More than enough bath and pool towels for everyone. The pool space is sumptuous. Our only small suggestion is that a more substantial BBQ would fit the calibre of the rest of the house. We didn’t want to leave after a week together and couldn’t recommend the house or the hosts more positively. You won’t regret it!
