The Cocoonr agency is offering this beautiful, fully renovated 190 m² farmhouse for rent in Monterblanc, just 10 km from Vannes, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. Nestled in peaceful, leafy surroundings, it is ideal for a holiday with family or friends, whilst exploring Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A lovely living area with a lounge, TV, board games and a wood-burning stove.
- 1 study
- A dining room seating 10 people
- A fully equipped kitchen
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- One bedroom with two single beds
- One bathroom with a shower
- A separate toilet
- A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer

On the first floor:

The pictures and description match reality ;). Do pack ear plugs: the house is rather noisy. The bedrooms on the top floor are connected to the living / dining room area by an open staircase.

Lovely, renovated space. Living room, dining room, and kitchen are all very well-appointed and new, high quality windows provide lots of light and sound protection. Beautiful grounds and patio to enjoy mature garden, flowers and lawn. Beds very comfortable. Sparkling clean. Adjacent to a farm with horses and cows. Active train across road but unheard inside this lovely stone building. Note that the building shares another dwelling, we heard their dog but didn’t see anyone. Very peaceful.

It was a delightful surprise to have so much space to relax and move around comfortably. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil and roomy stay! Additionally, the hosts were super responsive and incredibly kind. They promptly answered all my questions and provided great local tips. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again! The location is 15min from Vannes which makes it easy to go to the local market and other cool locations in the area (Rochefort en Terre, Carnac, La Roche Bernard,...)"

Belle longere avec de beaux volumes, ideale pour notre groupe de 10 adultes. Beaux extérieurs et à proximité de plusieurs lieux touristiques. Le passage des trains n'est qu'une faible nuisance sonore.Hébergement que nous recommandons.

Ker Case A Nou Séjour super agréable en famille dans cette maison de caractère avec son magnifique jardin. Environnement agréable et paisible. Décorée avec goût (comme sur les photos). La maison est située a environ 35 minutes de divers sites (Vannes, Carnac, la Trinité sur mer ,Rochefort en terre ) et 1h de (Quiberon, forêts de Brocéliande) . Ker Case A Nou Logement très agréable et située en pleine campagne mais à la fois à 15 min de Vannes. et proche de toutes commodités. Le logement est spacieux et tout est bien pensé : validation de la réservation rapide, de la place pour garer 2/3 voitures, instructions claires avant d'arriver, un lit bébé et une chaise haute si nécessaire, des jeux de société, quelques cartes, livres pour enfants et plus grands, une vaisselle en quantité, beaucoup de plats... Le jardin est également très joli avec un grand espace et une jolie cabane pour que les enfants puissent jouer. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour en famille (âge de 4 ans à 90 ans). Je recommande. A noter que le chemin de fer mais cela n'a gêné personne cependant.

Ker Case A Nou "Magnifique longère, avec une très belle pièce de vie, une cuisine super bien équipée (vaisselle, plus qu un fond de cuisine, appareils ménagèrs, produits d entretien). Les chambres sont d une belle taille, une literie de qualité, les sanitaires impeccables. Le chauffage du rdc au sol très agréable sans oublier le petit poêle à bois. Très bel extérieur dont nous avons malheureusement peu profité étant donné la saison. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Betty. Le logement est bien situé, Vannes n est pas loin, et magasins à qq kms. Nous avons passé un excellent we familial et n'hésiterons pas à revenir et à recommander cette maison très chaleureuse et spatieuse."
