The staff went out of their way to help with whatever we needed, including help with a rental car issue. The restaurant dinner was very high quality. The family connection with the winery made for a very enjoyable stay. It featured a wine made from grapes of a varietal thought to be extinct but was rescued when its roots were discovered in a cave. The wine Tizza was probably the best I have ever had the chance to enjoy!

We loved everything about this hotel and the adjacent winery but the staff and owners truly made it special. The winery tour is a must. We look forward to returning soon.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, but the dinner was out of this world. They must have an amazing chef because every taste perfectly done. We have dinner 2 nights and both were wonderful. The owner prepare the best coffee and cocktails.

The hotel is very nice. The bar and breakfast area is very comfortable. The staff is extremely nice and friendly. This is a family owned hotel. The pool was lovely and clean. We has a problem with our air conditioner and they were very responsive and got it working. The location was also very convenient to Montepulciano and other communities. We didn't eat at the restaurant but it was full on our arrival so I'm assuming it has good food.

We really loved this hotel stayed 4 nights. It was such nice vibe of Tuscany. The staff and the owner were so friendly with the included breakfast which was amazingly delicious. Except we had an issue with room cleaning service maybe miscommunication, we still recommend this property

The property was in great condition inside and had a nice common are to spend rainy days as well as nice comfortable bed and heated rooms. Personnel was friendly and we were able to order pur midday coffee and afternoon aperitivos. Loved the stay in spite of the bad weather we encountered.

Didn't want to leave!

Wonderful family run place. Everyone was so friendly and helpful during our stay, especially Frederico who gave us helpful information on avoiding ZTLs in Montepulciano, information on other places to visit, and who arranged a lovely winery tour for us. Marzio was helpful as well. We stayed in a beautiful, spacious apartment with a large balcony and lovely view. Very clean. Excellent location. Great food in the restaurant and Georgia was also very nice. Would definitely come back if traveling in this area again!

We stayed two nights at Villa Ambra and were very pleased with all the amenities including full restaurant, excellent breakfast and very convenient and comfortable rooms. The owner and family gave great advice on places to visit in the nearby towns including Montipulciano and also arranged a tour and tasting of a winery owned by the hotels family.
