Torrita di Siena and Montepulciano, destinations not to be missed. Podere San Bono is located in a panoramic position overlooking vineyards, olive groves and woods, just a few kilometers from Torrita di Siena and Montepulciano. The two Tuscan towns, destinations of artistic, historical, architectural and gastronomic interest, deserve to be visited with attention. If you love good wine, or if you wish to discover it, you can't miss the appointment with the Nobile di Montepulciano, there are tastings at a good price in the countless ancient cellars of the city.

Enclosed swimming pool, and outdoor equipped spaces. Podere San Bono has a large fenced green area equipped with gazebo, garden furniture, barbecue, wood-burning oven. There is plenty of space to spend good family time in the garden and around the swimming pool (size 6x12 m., depth 1,20-1,80 m., completely fenced and safe for children - open from 01st May to 30th September). Your small four-legged friends are also welcome.

Rustic charm. Podere San Bono has a rustic charm, guests say there is something special about this beautiful property, an atmosphere that remains in the heart. The interior fitting and finishing is of a good standard (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, mosquito nets etc.) On request the owner will prepare typical Tuscan dinners for you.

Great Stay in Tuscany

My two friends and I enjoyed our stay at San Bono. The highlight was having the family make and serve us an authentic Tuscan meal! The view is amazing and the location was perfect!

This was one of the highlights of our 3 week trip. The surroundings were beautiful and the hosts who only spoke Italian were absolutely lovely. We were about 15 minutes from Montepuciano in a quiet farm area. One night we had the hosts cook us an anniversary dinner for our friends which was so much fun. Highly recommended.

September in Tuscany

The location of this home is perfect. Far enough away for peace and quiet, yet close enough to go to the grocery store and into Montepulciano. Frank and Silva, the owners were a delight. They didn't speak much english, but we laughed every morning with them. Frank makes his own wine from the on property vineyard and Silva makes handbags and jams. Frank wine is as good as any other in Italy. And so much less money!!! Their home and grounds are beautiful. We were three couples and had plenty of space. You will enjoy sharing this home with Frank and Silva.

Très belles vacances en famille. Au total 4 couples et un enfant de 13ans. Maison rustique et dans son jus mais comme chez papy et mamy, on s’y sent bien ! Il manque juste un peu d’ustensiles de cuisine pour nous qui aimons cuisiner et déguster. Même si les hôtes ne parlent que l’italien, avec un peu de volonté et l’IA, nous avons pu communiquer et discuter. Producteur de vin et d’huile d’olive, nous avons profité des produits bons et pas chers. La région est magnifique en cette période et nous en avons très bien profité.

Schönes altes Haus. Typisch italienisch eingerichtet. Spartanische küche, da nichts im Haus enthalten ist, auch kein Salz oder Pfeffer oder vielleicht eine Seife für die Hände. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, jedoch sind diese auch jeden Morgen am Haus um die Beete und Felder zu begutachten und zu pflegen. Hat uns nicht gestört, aber wer früh gerne alleine in den Pool möchte, hat hier eher schlechte Karten. Dafür wurde uns allerdings auch ein eigen gebackener Kuchen gebracht und ein super Gewürz für Fleisch. Ebenfalls wurde uns ein wunderschönes Fest im Ort empfohlen, welches wir gerne besucht haben. Gastgeber verkaufen auch eigenen Rotwein für kleines Geld und für etwas mehr auch sehr sehr gutes Olivenöl aus eigener Herstellung. Wer kein italienisch spricht, sollte eine übersetzungsapp immer zur Hand haben, da die Eigentümer nichts anderes sprechen. Rundum sehr schöner Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder.
