A genuinely beautiful hotel, just down the hill from the main town area. The swimming pool was fantastic, and the room itself was delightful, clean and well decorated. It was impressively cool in the July Italian Heat. Free parking and lovely breakfast.

This property was in a beautiful location just outside of the town of Montepulciano. The room was perfect for us and our 15yrs daughter, including air conditioning (thank goodness as we had a major heatwave 40+ degrees!). The pool was also beautiful and refreshing, with large umbrellas, and a great view of town! We chose to include breakfast which was also wonderful. The young man at the front desk offered excellent suggestions for dinner in town.

The location was slightly out of town but still walkable. (For elderly I’d recommend driving, especially during the heat of the day). Pool area was lovely with amazing view of the town on the hills. Standard Room was nice, no complaints. Breakfast okay, self service but cappuccinos etc were made by staff and provided to table. I’d recommend.
