Parking was confusing but I’m directionally challenged. Receptionist was awesome—gave recommendations, great overview of things to see and do, explained what was special about the view from my room window, and was willing to help me carry my luggage upstairs. This historic hotel is a wonderful location for touring Montepulciano and Tuscany. The staff was eager to help with dinner and vineyard tour reservations. Our room was off the breakfast room and we didn't hear the other guests at all.
