Parking was confusing but I’m directionally challenged. Receptionist was awesome—gave recommendations, great overview of things to see and do, explained what was special about the view from my room window, and was willing to help me carry my luggage upstairs. Wonderful location in the heart of Montepulciano. Large, comfortable room with an amazing view. Venture up to the rooftop for an even better experience. The only concern was that the air conditioning was not operating, perhaps because the weather had just started to heat up.. It was not overly hot when we visited, but a little cool down would have been nice.

We have never experienced a view like this from a hotel room! Just breathtaking, and memorable. The room was large and comfortable. The large lobby is from another era, an experience itself. The upper part of town is quieter and less crowded than the lower part, which we also enjoyed. Highly recommend.
