The open kitchen is equipped with a hob, electric kettle, cooker, hood, oven, microwave, and fridge-freezer, ensuring effortless meal preparation. A thoughtfully designed bedroom with a double bed and TV offers a restful retreat, while the spacious bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet, and hairdryer for convenience. Outside, guests can unwind in the lush surroundings, enjoying garden furniture, sun loungers, and a parasol for moments of leisure. The shared swimming pool (12 x 6 m), open from May to October, invites visitors to cool off under the Tuscan sun.
