Casa Alfio was born from a vision set against the backdrop of hills, the sea, and an old ruin. This is what the place looked like… a barn on the first floor, an unstable attic, a rickety old staircase, and overgrown grass all around.

Two beautiful apartments: a two-room apartment that can accommodate 4 people and a studio apartment that can accommodate 2. For guests staying in the studio apartment, a laundry service is available for a fee; simply make a reservation, and your laundry will be picked up and returned clean. The nearest inland town is Monteprandone, one of the region’s most beautiful villages and the birthplace of San Giacomo della Marca. Along the road lies the shrine dedicated to the patron saint of children, a must-see for anyone with children or traveling with little ones.
The nearest coastal town is San Benedetto del Tronto, the city with Italy’s most beautiful boardwalk, which defines the famous Riviera delle Palme. A visit to the pier, the maritime museum, and the old town of Paese Alto—where one of the peninsula’s most famous martyrs is buried—is a must.
