The residence offers a characteristic common room with billiards. The apartments are on the third floor (elevator). The area is famous for its production of quality olive oil and fine wines. Stuffed olives (olive all'ascolana) are one of the most celebrated culinary specialties of the Marche region. The area offers cycling trails through the hills and along the coast.
