Annonce mensongĂšre, la maison est divisĂ©e en deux et il y a des occupants au 1er Ă©tage, pas de climatisation ni de salle de sport malgrĂ© ce qui est indiquĂ© dans lâannonce et l'emplacement se trouve dans une zone de chasse donc on entend des coups de fusil toute la journĂ©e. Certaines piĂšces donnent sur dâautres en travaux. LâĂ©tat de la literie et de lâĂ©quipement ne convient pas du tout Ă la location, les vĂ©los Ă disposition sont inutilisables car crevĂ©s. AprĂšs discussion le propriĂ©taire nous a proposĂ© un dĂ©dommagement de 200 que nous avons refusĂ© tant cela nous a semblĂ© ridicule au regard des dĂ©fauts. Voyez les autres derniers avis de Villa Casula sur internet et vous comprendrez.

Das Haus war mehr als ausreichend groĂ fĂŒr uns 4 Erwachsene. Tolle, ruhige Lage am HĂŒgel, Natur pur, wundervolle Aussicht, ausreichend groĂer Pool
Hervorragende Betreuerin Cinzia, die uns mit einer Mandel-/Zitronentarte verwöhnt hat. DarĂŒber hinaus hat Sie uns eine Box voller Produkte (z.B. Obst, Tomaten, Brot) von regionalen Bauern geschenkt. Ein wundervoller Urlaub.

Super schöne und ruhige Lage
Die Villa ist sehr groĂ und hat ausreichend Zimmer und Betten. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kimder (6, 7 und 8 Jahre). Der Pool hat eine gute GröĂe zum Schwimmen und ist fĂŒr die Kinder zum Plantschen perfekt. Cindy hat uns einen selbstgebackenen Kuchen gebracht, der super geschmeckt hat. Auch eine Kiste mit lokalen Produkten (Brot, KĂ€se, Salami, Tomaten, Salat) von den Bauern in der Umgebung gab es auch geschenkt. Die Kinder hatten auch viel Platz zum FuĂball und Federball spielen im groĂen Garten. Es war eine sehr erholsame Woche und wir haben die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit genossen.

Sehr schönes Objekt mit toller Vermieterin
Die Vermieterin ist wundervollđ„° Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort. Alles so wie beschrieben Vermieterin ist jederzeit zu kontaktieren und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Villa ist wunderschön der Pool mit Aussicht grandios. Es gab bis auf das dieses Objekt keinen GeschirrspĂŒler hat (wussten wir vorher) absolut nichts zu bemĂ€ngelnđđ jederzeit wieder gerne und absolut zu empfehlen !

Entspannung und Genuss
Sehr grosses GrundstĂŒck, ĂŒberaus grosszĂŒgier Pool und jede menge Liegen zum Entspannen. Der Garten ist wirklich ein Genuss. Die Zimmer war Sauber und schön hergerichtet, ebenso wie die BĂ€der. Sehr gute Gastgeberin und ĂŒberaus freundliche Persönlichkeit. Vielen Dank Cinzia, wir haben uns sehr gut erholen können.

Ci siamo trovati come a casa!!!!
Abbiamo soggiornato insieme ad amici in questa bellissima villa!! Una vacanza all'insegna del relax, il parco adatto ai bimbi, la piscina indispensabile per il divertimento di tutti e il panorama mozzafiato...che dire di piĂč!!!! La signora Cinzia ci ha accolti come fossimo amici, con torte e marmellate fatte da lei, ci ha proprio coccolati!!!! Sempre pronta ad esaudire ogni nostra richiesta. Entrambi gli appartamenti ben arredati, ampi spazi sia all'interno che all'esterno.
Consiglio vivamente una vacanza in questo luogo di pace a chi vuole vivere un'esperienza un po' diversa dal mare...comunque abbastanza comodo!!!!
