The interior spaces have been thoughtfully designed in harmony with the courtyard.
Located on the first floor, the apartment consists of an entryway with a spacious closet, a dining room and open kitchen, a living area, a guest restroom, a storage room, a bathroom with a shower, and a master bedroom. The living area opens onto the charming outdoor courtyard with a terrace for exclusive use, once used for farming.
- 2 beds in the master bedroom and 2 on the sofa bed in the living room;
- 2 bathrooms: the first with a toilet, sink, and mirror; the second has a shower, sink with storage cabinet, mirrored cabinet with light, and a hair dryer. Soft towels are provided;
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, range hood, spacious refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and, of course, a complete set of pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery;
- The very cozy living area features a large window overlooking the inner courtyard with a private terrace equipped with a table, chairs, and a beach umbrella; It features a spectacular 50-inch 4K Samsung Smart TV that allows you to watch Netflix and Prime Video with your own account, a two- or three-seater sofa bed, a dining table, and closets and storage spaces available for guests;
- A bedroom with a double bed and a large closet;
- Wi-Fi throughout the house;
- a shared laundry room on the first floor is also available, complete with a professional washer and dryer;
- Bicycles can be parked safely indoors within the residence in the designated bike storage area;
- Electric cars can be conveniently charged using the charging station in the private parking lot (for a fee, CHF 0.80 per kW).
Available to guests:
- coffee, a selection of teas, sugar, salt and pepper, various spices, oil and vinegar, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent + fabric softener, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, hand soap;
- bed linens and towels (sheets are not ironed);
- baby crib and Trip-Trap high chair;
- board games and children’s toys.
Access to the residential complex is from the north side, via Via Rogina. After parking your car, pass through the perimeter wall via a gate equipped with a video intercom to reach the courtyard, which leads to the apartment’s private entrance.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, with the exception of a few lockers in the storage room, which are for staff use only (containing cleaning supplies and spare linens).

The accommodations are located in Camignolo, a hamlet in the municipality of Monteceneri, strategically situated for quick access to various points of interest in Ticino. It is a 3-minute walk from the AutoPostale stop and 5 minutes from the Rivera highway exit:
- Lugano and Bellinzona are a 20-minute drive away;
- Locarno is a 25-minute drive away;
Grocery stores are a 5-minute drive away, in Rivera or Mezzovico.
