Casa Brina C is a characteristic and welcoming apartment that is part of an ancient country house made of stone. It sleeps six people. From Casa Brina C you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the valley and of the greenery. Casa Brina C is 110 square meters (1200 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2.3 km (1.45 miles) from Monte Santa Maria Tiberina, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile), a grocery store at 2.5 km (roughly 1.55 miles) and the bus stop at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles). You will reach Casa Brina C from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa Brina C you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Casa Brina C is along a 700-meter (2297-foot) unpaved road. The complex, made up of five apartments and three independed houses, is part of a large farm located in the countryside, on the border between Umbria and Tuscany. On site, part of the same estate, you will also find an equestrian center and an educational farm.


As guests of Casa Brina units you will be able to take part (upon request and for a fee) in several activities such as horse riding lessons, horseback riding/trekking, truffle hunting, seasonal works of the farm, educational courses on plants and farm animals.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, from 90 centimeters (2.9 feet) to 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by awnings. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery and of Monte Santa Maria Tiberina. You will share the pool with guests staying at 7 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the valley and of Monte Santa Maria Tiberina. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Living Room (Common Room)
You will be able to enter the living room from the garden through an external access. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include two sofas and an armchair. There is a big and age-old fireplace made of stone. The living room is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the living room. Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally). You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex.  Garden
The garden is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It is partly shaded by a wood roof. The garden is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs, as well as with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include an armchair and a divan that unfolds into a double bed (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance). There is a nice fireplace, for decorative purposes only. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has a window.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a small sofa and two bedroom chairs. The room has a window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 3 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
