This place is fine if do not care much about neighbors noise with loud dominican music and the softball narrator in front of the property which looks and feel new. It is reasonably close to rivers, waterfalls, and many restaurants. No elevator to the 4th floor, thus, make sure you are able to walk. The apart. we stayed was very spacious with our room with A/C, but not in the leaving room a kitchen which was warm due to our tropical weather. I believe the owner of that property should install a strong A/C for that area or at least two ceiling fans by the TV and the dinning table.

What stood out about this property? Everything ! From the brand new building with all the amenities needed to the lovely hospitality of the owners and staff. The apartments have great natural lighting , rooms are spacious , shower has great pressure and hot water , full kitchen , free parking on their gated property, and awesome views from the rooftop. The owners are amazing and also speak English Great location in a nice town , walkable to restaurants and bars Also a great central location within the country! Its near mountains and hikes with waterfalls, an hour from the south coast / Santo Domingo , and a little over an hour to Samana peninsula Highly recommend staying here !! :)
