ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Villa Greta is a charming private villa with pool in Le Marche region, at a short distance to the Adriatic coast. The property is totally fenced-in and surrounded by a wide garden including a swimming pool with Roman stairs. Guests can benefit of a porch with table, chairs and sofas to eat and relax outside. An equipped gazebo and a veranda with Jacuzzi are present in the pool area. The villa is on three levels.

The villa is on three levels. On the ground floor there’s a bright living room with fireplace and dining table, a well equipped kitchen with lounge area, bathroom with shower and laundry area. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with additional single bed and private bathroom with shower and bathtub, bathroom with shower and twin bedroom that leads to the upper floor with double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms. Pets are allowed upon request.

Wunderbare Landschaft. Tolle Villa.

Zuvorkommende und überaus freundliche Vermieter. Die Villa befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber. Empfehlenswertes Objekt.
