Completely renovated recently, and tastefully decorated and furnished with taste and design.
Nice and large terrace with seaside view, equipped for open air life with amazing view of the sea, lagoon and the town of Orbetello. Terrace is equipped also with gas barbecue, sink with hot/cold water, cooking place and hot water shower. Just below the level of the terrace there is a one level garden with olive trees and typical mediterranean plants.
In the interior there is a large living room with open kitchen and a 4 till 8 places table. Next to the kitchen an useful lumber room with 5 kg washing machine. On the opposite side there are a 3 places sofa (which becomes a double bed), armchairs and pouffs.
There are 3 comfortable bed rooms with seaside view, all equipped with wardrobe, hatstands and shoe racks. First is with double bed, second with twin bed and last one with a bunk bed with third bed extractable.
All house is equipped with air conditioning and heating system, with independent units.
Ideally located in a quiet area, but not far from town and sand beaches Giannella and Feniglia. Possibility to go by walk (but with 100 m climb down) to the "Bionda" small bay with sand and rocks.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on request.

Posizione e vista fantastiche

Casa da 5 stelle appena ristrutturata di sicuro, ora davvero un po’ trascurata, la posizione e vista sono comunque fantastiche. Posto molto tranquillo per una famiglia. Purtroppo accessori (cucina etc) ed arredamento sono decisamente datati e non controllati da tempo. Proprietario Paolo molto disponibile. Spiagge raggiungibili a piedi belle ma con un tratto di strada pericoloso soprattutto per bambini

Perfect apartment but with some drawbacks

Just completed perfect stay in the apartment. The apartment is perfectly equipped with all necessary, good beds, air conditioning in all rooms and not least an absolutely perfect terrace with gas grill and stunning views However, you must know that in order to get to the nearest town (Porto Sant Stefano - about 1,2km) you should drive by car. When you get there you can spend 30 minutes to find a parking space. Yoy can walk in there, but it's dangerous due to a narrow road without sidewalks with much traffic. There are very nice beaches nearby, but these are also difficult to access due to the high traffic Last comment - hope the owner will arrange the very bad and very steep drive to the apartment - it requires some routine to drive your car up there

It was perfect!

We stayed for one week and loved every minute of it. The appartement is just as you see it on the photos: furnished with style and with great love for details, and equipped with really everything you need. You directly feel at home away from home. And, on top, ist has a very good air condition! The terrace and the garden offer a beautiful view – and really everyone should at least once take a shower outside! Wonderful! Monte Argentario is a very special place, with great beaches – form cliffs, perfect for snorcheling, up to sandy places with a fabulous sunset, perfect for families with kids. So all in all: We will surely return!

Super séjour en famille en alternant baignades et visites

Location en tous points conformes au descriptif sans aucune mauvaise surprise. Une vue imprenable sur la mer, une grande terrasse et un petit jardin à l'ombre idéal pour la sieste sur un transat. La maison est tout équipée et Marcello, le propriétaire, très réactif pour répondre aux mails. La maison est à 300 m des premières plages. Le seul petit hic c'est qu'il faut longer un peu la route (200 m) pour y accéder. Mais ensuite on est très vite dans des tunnels pietonniers (seuls quelques bus passent à vitesse très reduite). Il faut alors 20' pour rejoindre la très agréable ville de Porto Santo Stefano. Ces tunnels sont très fréquentés par les runners comme moi car il permettent de courir en toute sécurité sur 1000 m et à l'ombre ! Depuis notre location nous avons pu visiter l'ile de Giglo (1 heure de traversée), Massa Marittima (à 1h15 de route) et le très joli village de Pitigliano (1h15 de route aussi). En alternant ainsi visite et baignades tout le monde a pu trouver son compte : enfants comme adultes. Bref un super séjour en famille !

Sehr erholsamer und abwechslungsreicher Aufenthalt

Angenehmes und sauberes Domizil. Die Klimaanlage ist ausgesprochen wertvoll, wenn die Außen-Temperaturen jenseits von 30 Grad liegen. Lediglich die Zufahrt zum Haus ist recht steil. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung! Toller Blick übers Meer

Die Ferienwohnung hat jeden Komfort. Vor allem die Klimaanlage war sehr gut. Toller Ausblick übers Meer Schöner, sehr gepflegter Garten. Tolle Strände in der Nähe. (Karibik Feeling) Die Auffahrt zur Wohnung ist eine Challenge. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Appartamento bello e como...

Appartamento bello e comodo acui si accede da una stradina piuttosto ripida ma praticabile. Bellissima la veranda soprattutto per le cene all'aperto e le chiacchierate serali! Il barbecue è sicuramente un gran plus e noi ne abbiamo decisamente approfittato! Piacevole il giardino. Noi eravamo in 4 adulti e tre bambini e siamo stati benissimo. Unico piccolo neo le stoviglie non pulitissime ma sicuramente dovuto a una leggera incuria degli inquilini precedenti. Proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Nel complesso tutto fantastico!

Everything was perfect. The house is very clean, comfortable and equiped with all useful appliancies. Nearby is variety of choices to spent free time. One can choose between rocky or sandy beaches. The owner is very helpful. We spent wonderful holiday there and highly recommend it.

"Casa molto bella, ben arredata e funzionale. Vista mare, panorama stupendo. L''accesso alla casa è tramite una breve strada molto ripida con asfalto dissestato. Comoda al centro del paese, raggiungibile a piedi attraverso le gallerie della vecchia ferrovia."
