Hotel Alfiero is a lovely Hotel. If you are looking for something fancy then this will not be for you. Instead, the hotel is charming, quaint, old school with nice balconies with views across the bay. What makes this place special is that it is a family Hotel, and subsequently has charm.

Standard hotel with great staff (no frills hotel)

The hotel is in a great location and clean. The staff is super nice but de hotel is in need of a facelift. Breakfast is somewhat limited but it is good enough to get your day started. My biggest complaint about this property is the hourly street parking. During my 2.5 day stay I ended up paying close to €40 in street parking and I even had to move my car on a daily basis due to a local street market that gets set up daily in front of the hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but next time I will look for a place that either has parking included or is open street parking.
